Rental Information

Policies

  • We have one cabin, The Mill House, that is pet friendly. Pet is NEVER to be left unattended, either inside the cabin or outside.  It must be crated if left alone inside the cabin.  It must be on a leash with owner while outside.  A pet fee of $30 per stay, plus tax, is charged.   Boarding facilities are also available within minutes of Frog Holler. 
  • We allow two private vehicles per cabin.  Any additional vehicles must be approved by management prior to arrival.  We do not allow any trailers - open or closed, private or commercial - at any time.
  • NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE CABINS.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit will secure your reservation.
  • 7% North Carolina tax is additional.
  • Balance must be paid one week prior to stay.
  • A rental contract and hot tub agreement must be signed upon arrival.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.  Those received 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, less credit card processing fee. Cancellations made 29 days to 8 days before scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, less credit card processing fee.  Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.  However, we will refund deposit, less credit card processing fee,  for any cancelled nights we are able to re-book.  No refunds for early departure.  

 

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in is any time 3:00pm or later and check out is by 11am.
  • Bed linens are provided, as well as bath linens consisting of one towel/one washcloth per day, per person.  Maid service is not provided.
  • You are expected to wash and put away dishes and place BAGGED trash in outside receptacle.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed in cabin.  Pails are provided on deck, but windows and doors must be shut to try and prevent smoke/vapor from entering cabin. Additional charges may apply for failure to comply.
  • Two night minimum stay Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, as well as holidays, and festival weekends.
  • In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges will be applied. Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage or supplies, or household issues immediately.  Any hot tub concerns must be brought to management attention PRIOR to use.
