Policies

• We have one cabin, The Mill House, that is pet friendly.  One to two pets are allowed on an approval basis only.  Pets are NEVER to be left unattended, either inside the cabin or outside.  They must be crated if left alone inside the cabin.  They must be on a leash with owner while outside.  Kennels are also available within minutes of Frog Holler. 

Payment

• A 50% deposit will secure your reservation.
• 8% North Carolina tax is additional.
• A rental contract must be signed upon arrival
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, less processing fee.  Cancellations made 29 days to 4 days before scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, less processing fee.  Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will receive no refund deposit.  No refunds for early departure.  CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 3:00 ON DAY OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL OR NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF RESERVED STAY, INCLUDING TAX.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in is any time 3:00pm or later and check out is by 11am.
• Weekly rates include a complimentary cleaning.  
• You will be expected to wash the dishes, place trash in the proper receptacles, and make sure the cabin is secure before departing.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, sand pails provided.
• Two night minimum stay is required Friday and Saturday during peak season (May & October) in our one bedroom cabins
• Two night minimum stay year round in Lyon's Cabin
• In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges will be applied.  Linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchenware, utensils, and cleaning supplies.  Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage or supplies, or household issues immediately.
